fan is slow
on flash sites mac mini overheats but fan does not run faster

- How are you judging fan speed?
- Try resetting the SMC

- Install temp and fan speed monitoring app that allows specifying the fan speed. I use Mac Fan Control.
See if temps change. Maybe a bad sensor.
