Q: Contacts is not sharing between fame sharing.  This may be true with IOS 9?

Contacts  are not being shared with iCloud family sharing. This is new with latest IOS 9 or 9.1 update.  Also latest Mac 10.11.1

I Have been using this since day one of the cloud.
