Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems you are able to log into iCloud on the computer but not using the iPhone. I would recommend you read these articles, they may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID in iCloud - Apple Support
