Airplay Mirroring on Macbook Pro

Question

Am I able to mirror my mid 2010 mac book pro to my Apple TV? Everything is up to date, OS X Yosemite, etc... The option doesn&#x27;t appear under the display option in my preferences, I&#x27;ve tried everything with my Bluetooth, firewall, and network settings.
