Q: unlock iPhone 5 from EE.
I bought a 2nd iPhone 5 as an upgrade for one of my families iPhone 4 as O have an i5 and love it. I was told it was unlocked. It turned out to be locked to EE. I then visited EE shop and they made me wait for 45 minutes before telling me had to be done through EE shop. Went to another EE shop in Oxford street London, They said could not do and had to go to website too! I showed them print out so they said it now cost £8.99 but had to be a customer! So I had to but a £10 pay card. Then registered and paid, credit went down to £1.01 got message saying had to wait 7days for code. 10 days later received texts and links which just say what your website does. Still does not work. Went back to 3rd EE shop in Oxford, where I live. They said had to call EE help. Eventually got through. They said had to restore phone on iTunes [does not say that on EE website. Done that and still does not work! Please help me. I am a good customer with 4 iPhones on vodafone, 3 iPads, an iMac and 5 iPods.
