Playlists gone after moving iTunes to new computer

Followed the instructions on "How to move your iTunes library to a new computer", but all of my playlists and a ton of music is missing. Is there a way to get them back? Thanks

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.3, iTunes 12.1.1.4
