im trying to backup my iphone on itunes or in icloud and both doesnt work.they just stop backing up without error.
i tried backing it up on itunes it says error .just like this. then i tried to make a backup on icloud and it says calculating time remaining and just like that it stops and says never backed up.i have an iphone 5 with 9.1 os.need help heree
