Q: New 27 inch iMac fan issue

I just purchased a new iMac 27 inch and the cooling fan is running constantly on high speed. Voice Over is also activated during initial start up and login. I've searched the forum and spoken with apple support. I submitted a disk image for the software engineers to research and I was told that it would be up to two weeks before hearing back from the support technician.

Specs:

4 Ghz i7, 8 GB ram, AMD R9, 3TB fusion

Here's what I've done so far:

Reset the SMC, reinstalled El Captain, Updated El Captain to 10.11.1. None of these has worked.

I'd be very grateful for any advice. Thanks in advance.

Reset the SMC (please follow the directions in Intel iMac SMC and PRAM resets) 2-3 times with ALL peripherals except the keyboard and mouse disconnected. Post back with results.

Sounds like maybe a loose sensor wire or bad thermal sensor.
Run the > Apple Diagnostics - Apple Support

Also note: That you have 14 days to return that unit for a full refund.

I reset SMC three times and reset PRAM twice following your instructions and the fan is still running constantly. Any other ideas? Thanks.
