after upgrade to 10.11.1 i cannot use button "mail this webpage" in safari. Also - in preview app, or numbers, pages I canot use share menu - mail files. New email never be created and application shoud be quit.. The same - no possibility to use send to evernote, etc...

If this doesn’t help, backup the computer and reinstall El Capitan.

share bottons shows items (mail, airdrop, messages), but not work. if chose mail - no new email window open, and the window in application cannot be closed, only quit application.

Same happened to me. No cure so far
Worse: After solution 1 above now the share with iMessages disappeared. A bunch of unwanted social media links appeared instead.
No clue how that happened. And how to get it back.

I am reluctant do use the second option (reinstall OS X) lots of work and people in other threads mention that it only helped temporarily if at all.
