How do I copy a table or graph from numbers to a word document

The simplest thing to try is to select the chart, copy, the switch to Word, paste. If that doesn't work well for you then try the following:

The way I find the best, is to print the Numbers document to a PDF in preview using the menu item "File > Print", then size the content as needed, then click the button "Print",

Now you will see the print dialog:

I know my chart is on page 2 of the Numbers document, so I am printing from page 2 to page 2.

Now use then menu at the bottom left of the dialog "PDF > Open PDF In Preview" to create a temporary document.

Now use the menu item "Tool > Rectangular Selection" then select the chart in the Preview window:

Now copy, then switch to Word and Paste
