Q: Ipad 2 wont sync to computer

The latest version of iTunes is 12.3.1.

I downloaded windows 10 and then my wifi would disconnect all the time so then I recently went back to windows 8.... maybe it messed something up with itunes.. Ill try that.. thanks for all of your help!!!
