I'm usually connected to internet

I repeated the procedure several times ha weeks

can be a problem with apple servers

EL CAPITAIN 10.11.1

PLEASE HELP ME!

A:

On your home network do you have any guest accounts or different SSIDs? If so try connecting to one of those. If that still doesn't work and you have a Wi-FI extender try unplugging that and move your Mac to your router.

Try using a Wired connection, and ensure that you meet Requirements for Software Update Service - Apple Support .
