change language for Airport Utility 5.6.3

Downloading the Windows Airport utility on an old PC laptop so that I can set up an old airport express (one of the ones that the new Mac airport utility can no longer configure). Thing is, it opens in Japanese, I assume because the windows machine's system language is Japanese. Anyway to change this to English?

Change the display language - Windows - Microsoft
