I need to schedule Mac OS updates because of small satellite internet allowance. Is this possible?

My only option for an internet provider is a satellite internet provider that charges exorbitantly for each GB of service. I have a 10GB service plan as a result. Each time Apple updates the operating system to the tune of 6GB+ of data, I end up going over my allowance and getting throttled back to the dark ages of internet. Is it possible to schedule these updates to the midnight to 5AM timeframe when my provider allows unlimited downloads? I realize that I can stay up until then and start the download, but I would rather not.

Most scheduler programs are browser based. The app store is not. Thoughts, anyone?

Soon after they are released in the Mac App Store, OS X updates are available in Apple Downloads. These are accessible with a browser. If you right click over the Download button you can copy the download link.
