i bought apple watch last week and now the band is getting loose where it fits on watch.at First movements are less but now they are getting worse... I tried with the spare band which is provided with watch and that is perfectly tight....

Your watch and band are covered under warranty. As you are now back in India, wait until Apple Watch launches there (6 November) and then contact Apple Support with a view to having your watch and/or band checked and, if necessary, replaced under warranty by an Apple Authorised Service Provider:
