Q: 5s updated to ios 9.1 crashes

I just downloaded to the latest IOS update last night and all of a sudden my phone will restart at random every 1 min to 15 mins since. Restored a backup to my computer and restored the phone to factory defaults. It still continues to restart constantly. Had no issues before downloading the latest IOS. If anyone could help me get it to stop restarting it would be great.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I see you are having issues with your iPhone restarting. We have the following article for an iPhone unexpectedly restarting:
If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo unexpectedly
The primary suggestion for that article is to "Make sure that your device is up to date and your apps are up to date." You have said your phone is up to date, I would make sure that your apps are also updated and then per that article contact Apple Support.
