Data not working on iPhone 4 after uninstalling onavo extend

i I uninstalled onavo extend on my iPhone 4 and now my 3G data does not work. I have done a complete restore of the phone in iTunes and I DID NOT restore from a backup but the problem still remains

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2, Verizon

What did your carrier say when you reported that you weren't getting 3G data over THEIR network?
