Who do I contact about purchased book that is different book when downloaded?

I Purchased a book on iBooks. It says it is the book I purchased but when I open it, it is actually a sample from a different book but the title of my book is at the top. I have scrolled to the end, looked at the contents, but it is not the correct book that I spent $12.99 to get. What to do?
