new version of itunes will not install. I am on Windows 10

My problem is similar. Pop up states "iTunes" has an invalid signature. The download has been removed. This on Download Only to attempt manual installation. Apple iPhone 5S is upgraded to iOS9.1.

I Had problems syncing devices so I uninstalled iTunes and am trying to reinstall but the downlosd page just won,t load on my Windows 10 pc
