Q: What to do when people can't hear you when you call or voice message them

hey I have a iPhone 5c and when I call my friends they can't hear me , same for voice message. Can some plz help me !!! I'm upgraded to the lastest iOS . Like my voice either go in and out , sometime it's very very low . I restart it already still no muck help plz ....
