Some tabs are unclickable

Hi, I bought my new iPod touch 6th gen, I was wondering why the iCloud, Messages, Facetime, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Vimeo and Add Account from Mail, Contacts, Calendars tab in Settings is unclickable? I need to sync my email from my other apple devices so that I can always check my email. Please help me!
