Q: Macbook Air keeps restarting after updating to El Capitan HELP

After updating my Macbook Air (13in, Early 2014) to OS X El Capitan today it keeps restarting with a screen stating that my laptop has encountered a problem or something along those lines. What can I do to resolve this issue?
