Profile Manager - Push Settings Problem

Hello to everyone.

I'm hoping I can get some help with Profile Manager and an issue I'm having - currently I am stuck. Right now, I have 65 machines enrolled and when I try to make a change to the custom settings for the group they're enrolled in not all of the machines get the changes and fail immediately - about 12 of them.

I've tried to uninstall/reinstall the trust profile/mdm settings from their machine, re-enroll them in PM and retry the push but they continue to fail. The rest of the machines enrolled get the settings just fine.

Any thoughts as to why this handful of machines are not working properly? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
