Hi everyone!
I updated to El Capitan 10.11.1 and now I cannot access to LaCie Cloudbox. In Finder appears in Share Devices with a grey "?" and tell me that there are a mistake. I have seen that some people had the same problem. Somebody knows if they are going to fix this in next updated?

Not ideal, but you can access it from Finder...
Click on the "Go" tab in finder
Click "Connect T Server"
I then put in
afp://lacie-cloudbox.local
Press enter and you can then copy to or from the Family folder as normal.
You can also get in via the Network Assistant.
It must a problem with Lacie not updating for El Capitan
I've just checked the Lacie Net Assistant and there is a firmware update for 10/31/2015.
I'm installing it now - hopefully! And hopefully, it will work!
Your instructions don't work. Also the firmware update is not for Cloudbox, but for Thuderbolt products.
I have the same problem here.
Did a clean install of my Macbook and wanted to keep all my files on my Lacie Coudbox.
I can access the files by using the Lacie Network Assistant in the finder but if I want to open a file in an application I can't access them on the Cloudbox :/
When I try to access the Cloudbox passing by the finder I have the same error using "connect as"...
Who's to blame?
A pple or Lacie?
Would be nice if it worked, just bought my Cloudbox last summer...
