Q: After update, when making call, can only listen using speaker mode.  Ear speaker no longer works.  Any ideas?

After receiving an update today, the ear speaker does not work, when making or receiving a call.  I can use the speaker to listen though.  IOS 9.1

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1
