What did your phone carrier say when you reported the issue?

Oct 26, 2015 2:10 PMby nessyyxo,I haven't reported it to Verizon because this wasn't an issue until I updated to iOS 9. I mean the messages send after hitting the try again twice but its only problems with SMS. & if report it to Verizon all they tell me is go thru Apple because I have a year warranty with them. I figured it was maybe some kind of problem that was created by the 9.0 update.

Sorry SMS/text messaging is a carrier feature, not an Apple or iphone feature.
Contact Verizon and let them know your text messaging isn't working.
