Is there a hardware difference between the Siri Remote and the Touch Remote for the new AppleTV?

I live in Sweden and here the new AppleTV is delivered with a remote that looks exactly the same as the Siri Remote but is named Touch Remote. I wonder if the hardware is the same in the devices or not.
