Can I swap my silver Apple Watch to the new Rose Gold one?

i Purchased a silver sport Apple Watch roughly 6 months ago along with the AppleCare+. I would like to swap for the new Rose Gold sport edition if possible?

Apple Watch Sport 38mm, watchOS 2.0.1

No, you will need to see the existing watch and purchase a new one.
