Q: Smart albums modified after import to Photos

After importing my iPhoto's library into Photos I am having several smart album issues:

1. The name for several smart albums are appended with '(modified)'
   • In these cases, the criteria is losing entries
   • e.g. I had criteria for a date range and keywords, but Photos drops the keyword criteria

2. In other cases, many of my smart albums have just disappeared in Photos all together.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this? I have hundreds of smart albums and hand modifying each one is too painful.
