I'm having the same exact problem. I've reinstalled iTunes and it doesn't help. It's like the banner/media at the top is everything, and there's nothing else. I thought they'd have fixed it by now, because it's got to be costing them sales (for sure from us, we've bought the hard media and/or used Amazon). I wish I knew the solution, and will be following this thread.

Nov 15, 2015 1:14 PM in response to AlexxChhby Long Lines,★HelpfulI have the same problem and tried removing and reinstalling al the apple applications associated with iTunes, but the problem is still there. It's only the iTunes store that goes black. I'm running Windows 10 Professional.
I found that if you make your window smaller, you can view the iTunes store ok. I had to make it about 1/3 the size of my full screen.

Nov 15, 2015 1:22 PM in response to ned5000by ned5000,Just noticed that it looks like the window has to be under the size of 1080p (1920x1080) for it to work. My monitor is 2560x1440.
Curious if other people having this issue also have monitor resolution > 1080p.

Aug 12, 2016 5:07 PM in response to MagnaiGby Snake MD,I have an HP AIO workstation running Windows 7 with an Nvidia Quadro card set at 2560x1440 resolution. After a year of Googling and experimentation, I finally figured out the problem with the iTunes Store not displaying properly is related to display scaling. To get the iTunes Store to display properly when maximized, I went to Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Make Text and Other Items Larger and Smaller->Set custom text size (DPI) and unchecked the box that reads "Use Windows XP Style DPI Scaling." This fixed the issue for me. I am posting my solution in hopes that others may benefit from it.
