hi I already have an Apple sport watch watch 38 mm and I want to change the strap, can I buy the Milanese Loop band? Does it fits?

Yes - the 38mm Milanese Loop band will fit your watch. Any 38mm or 42mm Apple Watch band will fit an Apple Watch of the same size.
Non-Sport bands have different sizes, so check your wrist circumference and refer to the Apple Watch Sizing Guide (which compares all Apple bands) before buying separate bands:
