iTunes to monitor a music folder, to automatically add additions to library

I routinely add music to my My Music folder in Windows Explorer. Is there a way of getting iTunes to monitor this folder (like WMP) so that it automatically find my additions and adds them to the library? Rather than manualy drag each new file into iTunes.
