Q: photos does not appear

i have a macbook pro

-retina, 15 inch early 2013

-2.7 ghz intel core i7

-memory of 16gb 1600mhz ddr3

-graphil card nvidia geforce gt 650m 1024 mb

os el capitan

version 10.11.1

regarding photos, i encountered and issues that when i double click a photo inside album to make it larger it gives me an exclamation mark. how to solved this problems. i will attached here how does this issues looks like.
