Purchased an audiobook on iPad, never downloaded it. iTunes says nothing to download

Help! I purchased an audiobook on my iPad several weeks back. Never downloaded it as hadn't finished the previous instalment (it's part of a series). Went to download it tonight onto our iMac and then sync it with phone and iPad so I can listen on either. But iTunes store both through the ibooks app and through iTunes app is telling me there is nothing to download. I'VE NEVER FRIGGING DOWNLOADED IT APPLE YOU BUGGERS!!!!

How do I get this corrected as I have been charged $18.99 for a bloody audiobook I do not have and I am ****** off!

I'll never both buying audiobooks from iTunes ever again. Will be sticking to Audible!

Hello KRM1970,

After reviewing your post, It sounds like you made a purchase and you now want to download it but it is not available. I would recommend you read these articles, they may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Report a problem with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support

About iBooks - Apple Support

Log in to the iBooks Store using the Apple ID that you originally used to purchase the book you want to download again.

Go to the Purchased page.
On an iOS device, tap Store (if you're using iBooks 3.2 or earlier), then tap Purchased.
On OS X Mavericks or later, click iBooks Store, then Purchased under Quick Links.

Find the book you want to download again. It should have an iCloud badge in the upper-right corner.

Tap or click the cover of the book to download it to your device or to your computer.
