My son is part of Family sharing. When he tries to download stuff from the purchased tab of ibooks or iTunes store he gets a message saying "Unable to download - To download content your Family must have a valid payment method" We already do of cours

My son is part of Family sharing. When he tries to download stuff from the purchased tab of ibooks or iTunes store he gets a message saying "Unable to download - To download content your Family must have a valid payment method" We already do of course so how can he download my stuff?

Login to the primary account iTunes account authorizing Family Sharing. Verify that all the credit card information is valid. I received the same error when the security code for the credit card was missing in the payment information. Once the code was updated in ITunes, the error did not appear for family sharing and downloads worked.
