Q: How to upload the songs before turing iCloud on?

Just purchased the iTune Match but i have purchased songs before from iTune, how do i upload it to the library before turning iCloud Music on?

My computer doesn't have the song that I purchased as it is a new computer i bought recently.

OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

Hi,
Do you have any music on your computer? If not, why do you need iTunes Match?
With regard previous iTunes Store purchas, Read this Download past purchases from iTunes - Apple Support
