Q: Why is my iCloud back up option not working onmy iPhone 6 ?

For the past week I have not been able to back up my phone over the iCloud using Wi-Fi I have an iPhone 6 with the iOS 9.1 I have tried every trick in the book even spoke to customer service they transferred me up to a technician then  referred me up to an engineering specialist that will get back to me in a few days .

Do you think that someone here knows more then Apple engineer who specifically works on the problems like yours? You are very optimistic...

    Ive actually found solutions to specific issues on this site that did work. Even when Apple couldn't help! But thanks for ur input.

    You are welcome and I was not referring to "Apple" in general, when you call you are speaking to random person. I was referring to Engineering level of support that suppose to know things, but you are correct again that sometimes workarounds are found by regular people like me and you. Unfortunately that time Apple made a bit (understatement) of hustle out of our backups and it is up to them in most cases to attend.
