Q: Why is my Apple ID and password not updating even though  I received an email saying  it did.  I can't sign on t iTunes or the App Store.

II've updated my Apple ID and password and receive emails saying that all was updated and yet I can't sign in to iTunes or the app store.  It keeps asking me for my password to my old apple ID.
