After installing IOS 9.1, the video and slo-mo option are missing in camera function.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

double tap the home button and close out of the camera app.
then do a reset, no data loss. hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
In the beginning, it works.
But after a while, the video and slo-mo option are missing again.
I have the problem, too. reset does not work either. What I'm using as a workaround is launch a video app (I use filmic pro, do not know which others may work) and close it again. Afterwards the video option reappears. Other apps I've tried did not work and made photos instead of video even when they tried to make a video..
