After recent update to 9.1 I am unable to access the internet via a public WIFI.. I have an iphone 6 which under WIFI settings says I am connected to a network
(ex: Panaro Bread) When I open Safari I get the message Iphone is not connected to the internet. I have also noticed that the number of available networks now only lists a few networks and sometimes none. I have WIFI assist off because it was causing my Data Plan to go over. I also have Cellular Data off because for the most part I would prefer to use a public network than my Data Plan which is only 2 GB. I have also noticed since this update My visual Voicemail is unavailable more often than not. I have reset the Network Settings which temporarily enables the Voicemail. But I can not find a workaround for the WIFI . any suggestions
