Q: trackpad scrolling choppy

I have a 15" Retina (early 2013) Macbook Pro. All of a sudden after a reboot my two-finger scrolling on the trackpad is very choppy / stuttering. I have reset the SMC and PRAM and neither of those things worked. I'm not sure what else to try?

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
