I have same issue, I DO NOT see any back up on my iphone, Macbook but it keep saying I'm using 4.3Gb for back up. Case 955320612 has been lodged 3 weeks ago and no one seems interested in fixing this problem. 😠⚠

What is going on?

I still have the same issue, I've made 2 calls to Apple Support, and I've tried a lot of tricks, forums, etc. Still having 1.9 GB of backup without having any one there.

I talked with 2 senior staff and they could not do anything except apologising. What a joke
