Hey siu bong,

If I understand correctly, you are running low on space in iCloud storage. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your reply, but the point is i only have 570mb available even i havent any backup and other usage, i dont understanding why my 4.xGB storage missed.

I have same issue, I DO NOT see any back up on my iphone, Macbook but it keep saying I'm using 4.3Gb for back up. Case 955320612 has been lodged 3 weeks ago and no one seems interested in fixing this problem.

What is going on?

I still have the same issue, I've made 2 calls to Apple Support, and I've tried a lot of tricks, forums, etc. Still having 1.9 GB of backup without having any one there.

my problem solved, avallable storage back to normal 3.7GB

suggest you to call apple support and find the senior staff to refresh the icloud storage in their terminal side.

I talked with 2 senior staff and they could not do anything except apologising. What a joke

keep complain to the senior staffs, they seem "wake-up" after i sent them the capture icloud storage photo.

they guess it should be some uncompleted back-up occupied the storage, it cant do anything in our client side, must refresh their terminal side.
