Oct 29, 2015 10:59 AM in response to wewe84by alex_h1,Hello wewe84,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
As I understand your photos are not appearing in Photos on your iPhone after updating to iOS 9.0.2. As a first step, I suggest that you update to the current version, iOS 9.1.
Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Take care.

Thanks for your reply. I have actually updated to current version of ios9.1, yet it doesn't fix the problem. Any other way that I can try to get this fixed?
Thank you.

Were these photos synced to your iPhone using iTunes, or are you using iCloud Photo Library?

Nov 4, 2015 6:09 AM in response to wewe84by alex_h1,Hi wewe84,
Since these photos were synced to your iPhone from iTunes, then I suggest you disable the Photos sync option, and then re-sync your photos. This will delete all of the synced photos, and then sync them back.
Delete synced photos
- In iTunes, locate and click on your device.
- Click Photos.
- Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
To delete all synced photos, deselect "Sync Photos from" and, when asked, click "Remove photos." - Click Apply.
Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes
Cheers.
