Oct 28, 2015 1:13 AM in response to Noto123by notyouraveragetroubleshooter,Please follow the steps suggested on this article.
Don't get confused if the article subject does not include Windows 10. This was created way back before when Vista was first launched but this is applicable to Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 OS.
Please be reminded to read the article very clearly since the uninstallation of iTunes and its related components should be "in order". Failure to do so will lead to possible errors and/or issues.

Jan 2, 2016 12:26 PM in response to maybackby turingtest2,For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates. Start with Missing MSI errors.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

Jan 3, 2016 3:21 PM in response to turingtest2by mayback,Dear turingtest2,
Thanks for your advices. First of all my problem starts after i cleaned old windows files with windows disc cleaning tool. I have tried uninstall all of the software specified order and install again. Also tried revo uninstaller program which cleans all program residues.
I don't have missing MSI error, also my video card is supported and new. But i am going to try uninstall and install the 12.3.1 for older card.
Thanks for your advices.

Jan 3, 2016 5:02 PM in response to turingtest2by mayback,First i removed all the iTunes and residues again. Then using 7-zip i have extracted the most updated itunes exe file. I have started to install with iTunes6464.msi, then AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi, and then when i am trying to install AppleMobileDeviceSupport6464.msi it says "Service 'Apple Mobile Device Service'(Apple Mobile Device Service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient prileges to start system servisces." What i am going to do now ? I can ignore, retry and abort buttons with this message. I have tried retry but gives the same error again.

Jan 3, 2016 5:26 PM in response to turingtest2by mayback,Now i have tried to install components in this order:
1. AppleApplicationSupport64.msi
2. AppleApplicationSupport.msi
3. Bonjour64.msi
5. AppleMobileDeviceSupport6464.msi
6. AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi
7. iTunes6464.msi
Both of them installed in administrator mode without any problem. version is 12.3.2.

Jan 3, 2016 5:32 PM in response to maybackby turingtest2,Did you reboot before tying to reinstall? If not that may sometime block reinstalling service components. If you have rebooted try installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update before attempting to reinstall AMDS. You should also install Apple Application Support before AMDS and Bonjour.
If each component installed without error then I don't know why it isn't working. Only other thought is to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) version.

Jan 6, 2016 5:41 AM in response to maybackby turingtest2,Try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release, or clean it all out and then try to reinstall the last version that worked for you.
