All of the components installed correctly without a problem. I installed all .msi files by hand one-by-one.

Is there anyone can help me about this problem ?

There is no solution here for Windows error 1114

Will iTunes launch in safe mode?

I've found a hint elsewhere that repairing or reinstalling any .NET components may help.

Which .NET component i need to reinstall ?

I don't know. I'm running Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 and iTunes works here. What have you got listed in your programs and features control panel? Try repairing it.
