Q: Moon phase not working

on the clock face I have selected it to show moon phase, but nothing happens when I click the icon.

am I missing something...in the apple shop the assistant clicked on her watch and it described the moon phase

Try unpairing your Apple Watch from your iPhone and pairing it again.

Turn your watch off and back on. If this does not help, press and hold the side button and the Digital Crown for 10 seconds or more, until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

NO, tried both.
is there supposed to be an app on the phone that it syncs with?

I'm having the same issue but only on certain watch faces such as chronograph and "color". On the "Astronomy" face it works fine. Is this due to a limit on complications for the faces? As Cool mentioned, I just keep tapping the moon and nothing happens.
