Oct 28, 2015 5:15 AM in response to fromeastbourneby Demo,I'm just trying to understand which problem you are asking about. Is your password not being accepted and you can't activate the iPad again or you resolved that and it is still freezing up on you?
If the password isn't being accepted, try resetting it.

Oct 28, 2015 7:37 AM in response to Briansyddallby fromeastbourne,Thank you for replying, I can sign on OK with my password, what I need to know is, when you go into settings to do a reset it asks for a pass code, the one I use to sign on with does'nt work in there, I was thinking that perhaps it was in some paper work when I first got the iPad which was over four years ago and I'm unable to find after all that time, I'm wanting to try and reset hoping it will stop my iPad from freezing and dropping out when on the Internet, after trying everything else that people have suggested ,
hope I have explained OK , I'm not very technical. Thanks again
