Mail Rules not working with GMAIL

Hello

I'm tried to set up rules which move mac mail after a specific amount of time to another mail box.

I can get this to manually trigger when I set this up. However, it doesn't automatically do it.

As you can see i'd i'm trying to move anything which comes in a specific gmail address and is over 14 days old to be moved.

Could this be a GMAIL conflict.

Any ideas gratefully received... as i'm inbox is over flowing!
