Strange app appeared with no name
Can anyone please tell me what this unnamed app is at the bottom left. It won't open and I can't delete it.

Looks like something failed to install or the was download was corrupted. Try a simple reset - press and hold both the sleep/on/off button and the home button at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears then let go and let it restart. See if it goes away or can you delete itafter that.
