Q: Profile Manager Trust Pool problem

I have a working Profile Manager with about 50 iPads, and for most of them it works about as well as it ever does. But today while I was trying to install a Trust Profile on one of the iPads by clicking install arrow it just displayed the XML content instead of going to the install settings page. Below is a screenshot of what I see. I know this is the xml file being displayed on the screen instead of being sent to the Profiles in Settings as it should be, but I can't figure out how to make it do the right thing.

 

It is an iPad 3 (Model# MC769LL/A) running iOS 9.1.

 

How do I fix this?
